About Me
The foundation of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I hold the belief that the quality of our connection is the primary catalyst for change and healing. This perspective is deeply informed by Attachment Theory, which examines how early relational experiences shape current relationship patterns, including the relationship one has with oneself.
My approach is integrative and draws upon evidence-based modalities, ensuring the work is tailored to your unique needs. This may include the use of Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness based techniques, Narrative therapy, and of course some Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) here and there.
I believe my clients would describe me as animated and highly engaged, bringing authentic, genuine energy to each session. I offer direct feedback when necessary, providing clear, honest insights while maintaining unwavering respect and compassion.
